EVENTS

Dyno Testing: Baseline Testing for 10 registrants (more if time allows).

Dyno Tuning: One lucky club member will be awarded a FREE custom Dyno Tune.

Membership Drive: Join the Ottawa Mustang Club or Outaouais Mustang Club at this event.

BBQ: Hot dogs, hamburgers, drinks & snacks. All proceeds go to a local charity.

Note: This is a day-long event – you may want to bring a folding chair.

BASELINE TESTING – PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES:

Find out just how much power your Mustang is making! We’ll strap your car down on our custom-built chassis dyno and make three consecutive passes. When completed, we’ll provide you with an accurate report showing the Horsepower and Torque your Mustang is producing! 

  Here’s what you need to know:

• We will do Baseline Testing on 10 Mustangs on Dyno Day (more if time permits).
• All Mustang owners, whether club members or not, can register.
• The Baseline Test fee for Dyno Day is $100 (the regular Baseline Test price is $250).
• To register for a Baseline Test, you must submit this online registration form by June 4th.
• Selected entrants will be notified by June 6th. The $100 registration fee must be paid by e-transfer and received within 24 hours of notification.
• You must be the registered owner and show your vehicle registration on Dyno Day to participate.
• All participants MUST complete a Safety Checklist and a Release of Liability form.

CUSTOM DYNO TUNE – PRIZE GUIDELINES

First, we will establish how much power your car is currently making (Baseline Test). Then, we will make repeated Tuning Passes on the dyno, electronically fine-tuning your engine and transmission with each pass until we see improved low-end torque with smooth shift points. You will have more horsepower and torque when we’re done and experience substantially improved throttle response, driveability, and fuel efficiency! 

Here’s what you need to know:

• At noon on Dyno Day, we will have a draw for a FREE Custom Dyno Tune (retail value $1400).
• Entry forms will be available at the event from 10:00 AM. Only one entry per participant. Entrants must be present at the time of the drawing to win.
• Due to time limitations, the draw is limited to 2005 to 2023 models (2WD only).
• Entries are limited to vehicles that have NOT previously been Tuned at IDA (unless new modifications have been added since prior Tuning).
• The winner’s Tuning session must be completed on June 14th, at our chosen time.
• The prize winner MUST complete a Safety Checklist and a Release of Liability form.
• The winner MUST be the registered owner and show their registration to participate.
